What is a “Spelling Bee”?

A Spelling Bee is a traditional competition in American Schools. Since Spelling in English can be difficult, students compete to see who can spell the best. Students will often compete against other schools across the country. We’re excited to introduce this tradition to Georgia, along with other elements of American culture, during our Spelling Bee and American Culture Day on November 22nd!
